Tina and I have just booked a stand at the Ringing Roadshow, which is taking place on Sunday 4th September after the Central Council meeting in Nottingham. This gives us a target for the launch of "Change-Ringing on Handbells (Volume 2: Advanced Techniques)", which is nearing completion. It's substantially written and just needs a chapter on individual practice with simulators. The picture on the right is a mock-up of the front cover, with the same design as Volume 1 but a different background colour.

At the Roadshow we plan to sell copies of both books at a significant discount from the Amazon price, as well as mugs with the interlocking handbell design from the book cover. (Mugs are also available from our Redbubble shop but they will be cheaper at the Roadshow). There are likely to be other things to interest handbell ringers at the Roadshow: probably demonstrations of handbell ringing, perhaps workshops for beginners/improvers, and very likely an eBells stand.

So, if you're interested in meeting the authors, discussing the books or the blog, or anything else to do with ringing, make plans to go to the Roadshow. It should be a good day!
